Oh yeah this guy is good. (Special Agent Michael Hegg) But I would sure hope that people he calls has enough sense that law enforcement doesn't call to tell you that they are going to arrest you. DUH they just come get you and PLZ people they don't ask you to pay them over the phone and get this...make the payment to a Western Union.!!!!!
