The caller is a female who identifies herself as an officer representing the IRS in Washington,DC... I never pick up...it's on my messages ..She threatens that if the person she is trying to call doesn't call her back then further actions will be taken...( she never did say anyone's name ).It's tiresome knowing that someone buys a cheap cell phone and uses it for the purpose of calling people all day (or night) trying to find someone to scam.

A breathy-sounding woman, officer Heather Gray, from the IRS. She gives the "hot line" number to her division which is the number she called from. She advises to not disregard the message and to return the call before they take action. She never says who the message is intended for and signs off with a sweet sounding, "take care." Pretty ridiculous. The IRS never calls if there is an issue. They always correspond in writing.
