My uncle told me he received a call from this number and the man said his name is Frank Gonzales. Frank
wants my uncle to send money to Frank's friend--Carlos Piebra Rivera in San Jose, Costa Rica. Frank also
gave my uncle 1132 U.S. Embassy as part of the address, I think to make it seem more legit. I warned my
uncle about all the scams going around. My uncle doesn't want to say what the money is for, I think he's
embarrassed, but he said that Frank requested a Western Union wire transfer. My uncle is 83 years old but he's still healthy and his mind is sharper than mine, but he comes from a time when people could be trusted. Back in his time people worked for a living, not worked over people for a living. I just noticed a really similar number in one of the previous posts and wondered if they are all "working together". Is there some agency I can forward this to that will check into this?
