just got a call 10 minutes ago....lol, I kept the guy on the phone for at least 15 minutes just messing with him. His accent was so bad I had to ask to repeat several things. said it was for us government garment??? company. I preteneded that I was very excited about the money and he thought he had a sale!!!! I tried to get him to send a check but it MUST be put in an account. He finally got mad at me and said, well, we can't make you take free money and hung up!!! I at the end told him there is no way I would give my banking info to him after keeping him on the phone so long......my boss was sitting beside me with the phone on speaker and he was cracking up......
I got the same call, but it was a woman. offering $9000 & that I never had to pay back. Asking me what I was going to do with the $. As soon as I asked how they got my name and if they had a website or something for me to check the information, she hung up. It sounded like a SCAM to me since the beginning. Did not get to part of asking me for my information.
