Who called from 2023812622

have received several calls from this number.  Another annoying call.  No message left either time.

Thick accent, difficult to understand, mumbled when he told me where he was calling from.
Then told me I was eligible for an award of $9,000 dollars.
So I hung up.

I am receiving calls from this number, no message is being left.

They called no message so I put them on my hangup list.

Received a call fr woman with thick accent saying i had been awarded $9000 from the federal government fr overpaid taxes  and perhaps I was wondering how that could be, what would I say?  I told her, "I would say this is a scam and I'm turning in this number" she immediately hung up.  I wonder why?
