Who called from 2023884055

I receive a lot of calls from this unknown number with no voice messages explaining the call.

They keep calling asking for someone who does not work here and hang up .

It's Verizon Wireless

I was lucky enough to answer the phone and be connected with someone- they're from a direct mailing service (junk mail!) and called me at work to verify the office's address...luckily, they still had our old address and I said, "yep, that's it!" :-)

Called left no message then another time hung up when I answered.
