No message.  I'm on do not call list.

Have been bothered by this caller many times with no message left.

This is a legitimate collection company attempting to collect a debt (in my case Merrick Bank).

So, you KNEW they were legitimate, but searched the web for a phone complaint site to tell us the happy camper news?

Quite shilly, isn't it?

"This is a legitimate collection company"  One way for us to believe you is to post the legal name and address of this wonderfully legitimate company.  My guess is that you won't.  So do you want to prove me wrong?
