Who called from 2023940952

Says they are from the IRS Investigative Dept. and indicating that IRS has law suit against me for $5,100.  Wanted me to withdraw cash from my bank account and transfer it to the IRS to cancel the lawsuit.

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends a letter, first!

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

I just received a call from someone e claiming to be from the IRS in investigative branch.

Call from this number at 7:30 am today with threat from IRS  I do not owe them anything!!!!

Received a message that this is my final warning - IRS is suing me... Tried to call back - wanted to have some fun with these dumbasses but it is always busy when I call.
