Who called from 2023962401

Calls multiple times a day never Amy message when answer nothing but air on the other side called it back and it says it is no longer in service wtf then how do they continue to call

Called and I picked up and they were asking for credit card number to get me a lower interest rate. I just hung up.

Called twice so far today and no message, no person, no nothing on the other end. I work from home and this is getting very irritating!

Have received numerous calls from this number in the last couple of weeks. No one is ever on the other end

I have received five calls from that number today.  No one is ever on the other end.
