I receive a call from this number every day,  The caller ID shows Bankcard Services and they want to lower the interest rate on my credit card.  I do not have any credit card debt and today I decided to answer the call.  The woman stated that she could help me lower my rates and I asked her specifically which card she was calling about.  She stated Visa, Discover, MC and AMEX.  I asked her again specifically which one of my cards she was calling about.  She stated all of the above.  I asked her again trying to pin her down because I assumed this was a scam.  She yelled at me and said that she had had given me the F****NG answer.  This is a scam.  They want you to give them your credit card information.  Do not answer these calls.
