Called twice today, February 12th 2016 at 2:40 PM and again at 2:55 PM and both times, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasnt important to begin with. I dont answer my phone from numbers that I dont recognize, regardless who is calling.
I suspect its another scam in progress.

Called on Apr 22. CID showed EPCO SMRT ENERGY. PEPCO ia a major electricity supplier in the DC area, not sure if it connected with them. No message left.
