This number called my home line this evening at 7:25 pm. Normally I do not answer numbers I do not recognize but I was in an especially bad mood, so I did, "Hello? ... The middle eastern female caller specifically asked for me by my first name (loud call center in the background) to which I replied, "Who is calling?... I then proceeded to identify myself as Det. Schultz of the WR Police Department." And do you know what? They hung up on me.
