called saying I had a grant for 6700 that was granted to me. that I had to pay 200 for the release of the funds they gave me the id# nm130 then call and ask for mark cooper. this is definetly a scam
Someone called me saying to call this Cooper guy at 202-407-9177 saying that because I have been paying my taxes on time and have been a good citizen they would pay me 6000. If I wanted it all cash or direct deposit. I said cash and they said they will call me on Monday with the details. My wife knew it was a fraud and checked online and saw all your messages. Thank you.
I just received a call saying that I'm eligible to receive a $6000 grant from the government because I've been paying my taxes on time and haven't filed bankruptcy within the last 6 months. He said it's not to be used on illegal activity and I can get it from Walmart. He gave me a grant code:JM101 and told me to that I need to hurry and call 202-407-9177 and ask for Adam and he might be on another call so keep trying. I didn't call because I felt it was a scam.
