Called this morning. Could not understand dialect. Asked him to repeat his name. He hung up.

Number keeps calling and automated message says good bye after 10 seconds.

Couldn't understand a word when a male called. I hung up, Someone called back and left a message, still cannot understand a word.

There should be a law against these unwanted calls.
