"The FEDERAL HOUSING AUTHORITY [no existing gov entity under such name] has determined that you may qualify for a new program that provides seniors with supplemental income".

I also got this same recorded message on June 3 with AARP showing on caller ID. I am 100% sure it is not AARP but some scamming operation. Got the same message today from 949-392-6415, also no doubt a spoofed number. Reported both numbers to DoNotCall (what else can we do?).
