I got this call on my mobile phone, caller ID said Washington DC. I did not answer but caller left a message saying I am being sued by the IRS. This is a scam, the IRS notifies you via the postal service so beware this scam includes emails

Got call IRS is going to sue me. Obvious scam. I have received no prior communication fron the IRS, i.e., mail notice, collections, notifications. Court action is always the last resort, not the first!
This morning of the Blizzard my cell phone rang at 10:58, with a professional American sounding man's voice, that said 'you are being sued by the IRS, phone: 202-436-9027.' Did not leave a name or office within IRS or auto attendant response option. It was a threatening message 'You are being sued.' That statement was made twice on the brief auto-call, which I picked up and heard real-time twenty minutes ago.
