This guy calls (accent from India)?, saying they are from Washington D.C. offering free money from a grant that I applied for. Asked what company this was and he started sounding garbled asking if he can call back. I said 'no'. Think it's a scam.
Indian voice..he knew my name and said it was for a grant i had requested. Asked about verification and said "may I call you back" I said "No, how did you get my number?"

I got a call from this number, sounds like they're in India telling me about some grant I applied for. Then I'm told that I have to pay some "deposit fee" in the amount of $190.00, and that it's refundable.
