called me on my cell and wanted to deposit $5,600 into my account. They wanted my credit card information. They said the were calling from The U.S. Government of Finance. I called the number back and the person just answered with a "Hello".

I received a phone call from 2024369592, also. They said they were the U.S. Government and told me that I was receiving a grant from the government the sum of $5,600 and wanted my credit card and bank account information.
Called me today. Said they were going to give me 5600.00 from the gov't. Everyone knows the gov't doesn't GIVE you money....they only taketh away! SCAM. When I called back, they answered with a "hello" also. Maybe I'll call again tomorrow when I get up at 5:00AM.
