This is a scam call saying the IRS is suing you and you must pay them immediately. From everything I've read, the IRS doesn't file lawsuits because hey don't have to and they don't call. They use letters. And certified letters if it's serious enough. Obviously, if you have any doubts, look up a toll free IRS number and ask them. But don't call this number back.
