I have received two calls on 8-14-10 within one minute of each other. First one at 7:16 a.m and second one at 7:17. I did not receive any message from 202-449-0800 on my voice mail as to identify the caller. This number recently appeared just after 6:30 am. Again, the unknown caller hung up. My son informed me this number called eight times in one day and continues not to leave any information-simply hangs up.
I am not sure if this call originates from some sort of jail setting, lock down mental institution or other high risk placements or just originates from a scam either inside or outside the USA. Either way, 202-449-0800 is in clear violation of the law. To end, I just received another call from this number as I was writing you. Time noted as 7:45 a.m. No message left.
