I also have received calls from this number. FIVE times in a day and a half... No one ever answered when i said hello though. I so don't like when random people I don't know have my number... I blocked whoever it was and hope they cant call from a different number. Too bad we couldn't report this person..
A scam, heavily accented man called saying he was from the US Grants Department and I had been approved for a grant of $9,200 for whatever I wanted as long as it was a good cause. I was approved from some survey done sometime and had no criminal record or bankruptcies.
The first time I received a call from this number the man on the other end was very "mean" and said he was from the IRS. I hung up. Second time I just let it ring. When I called the number back it was "disconnected." Suspect this number is part of the scam I have heard about. The IRS does not call you without first sending you a letter in the US Mail.
Received several calls from this number. Man with an accent on the other end saying I qualify for a government grant. I could hardly understand what he was saying. When I asked him to repeat himself he disconnected the call. I finally just blocked the number.
