This was very strange. Today March 24th 2012 at 3:47pm, I recieved a call from this number on my company cell phone which we use on the weekends and after hours for "on call" service personell. I am "on call" this weekend. I am in the emergency electrical repair business and we service mostly insurance companies that need after hours services for their customers in the Houston, Texas area. For some reason this phone has recieved a lot of political survey calls this week. So, this afternoon I get this call form this 202 area code number. Knowing that 202 is Washington D.C., I thought it was maybe the main office of an insurance company, so I answered the call. he guy on the other end of the phone sounded like Barrack Obama and he said "This is Barrack Obama and I understand that you wanted to ask me some questions and now is your chance" I thought it was some sort of recording but when I responded the person who identified themselves as Barrack Obama said "Shut-Up!" and someone else started talking in the background and it sounded the two of them were having a muffled conversation and then the phone call was cut off. Now that was strange! Very strange! I call the number back and got a recording that said that it was not a working number but it didn't sound like a standard phone company recording. Then the call was disconnected.
I honestly do not think that the President accidently called me, I think it was a political organization maiking survey calls, but...I looked up the number and it was an old number from the Greorge W. Bush White House

and the other published numbers to the White House switchboard are one digit off from this number. Humm...I wonder if somehow there was a crossed line and the call was routed to my call by a mistake in the system. Like I said very strange.
