No message left. Caller ID is gibberish: 'V1021545480004205070' - I am noticing more unwanted calls from phone numbers that start with V and have multiple numbers after them.

Yes. . . same here . . . I  called the number back and a guy said he was from "American Veteran's Support Foundation" . . . they are seeking donations.

Caller ID's as Washington DC   202 459 4464   I did not answer and no message was left. I thought it might be Obama calling about health insurance, but no such luck.  This is the scammers time of the year. Hope they all rot in hell.
