It's a scam Mike. I got a call too and I called the number back. The person who I could barely understand said I needed to pay $200.00 that day she was sending an arrest warrant out for me. I don't owe the IRS so I knew it was a scam and the IRS don't call you. Everything is done by mail.
received voice message...nothing about 'who' this company/person is...'time sensitive'...'need to respond immediately'..and I called back. left a message.
