I received a text message from this number last night requesting that I do this video walkie-talkie with them and it gave a link plus a person's name. I actually have a friend by that name but she does not have a DC phone number.
Rcvd a call today from this number. Sounds like a man talking through a computerized voice changer. He left a message that this the Federal ... (could not make it out) and if I did not call back I would be legally responsible for a matter. The matter was never stated. The whole thing is just another scam, I suspect its Nigerian related.
