This guy called me and left message on my voice telling me he is officer Morgan and he needs to speak to my attorney re: a tax debt and he wishes me luck! For what
Caller has an accent and leave a message claiming to be an Officer and demands that you call him back. He claims that if you don't return the call the only thing he can do is wish you good luck. Tells you not to disregard the call or fail to return the call. Very bizarre.
