will never answer calls from unknown #'s. CID said Out Of area (tip off) but hungup after 3 rings so no message left - go figure.

They call my number.  Leave no message.  Caller ID stated 'Cellular Call'. Hang up call.

Out of area caller with 202 area code is nothing than political calls which I never answer these apps and I add it to my call blocking device. Plus they never leave a message when asked to do so.

Left no message, must be trying to sway opinion on Health Care bill

I never answer unfamiliar numbers. They left no message, so I blocked the number. AC 202 is Washington DC. If they want my opinion, they'll be getting it via my "5 Calls" app ... at my convenience, not theirs.
