They called saying I was chosen to receive a federal grant of $9,000 but would have to put money on a card to receive the western union.

I just kept one of these suckers in India on the phone for at least 30 minutes asking all kinds of stupid questions to counter all the stupid questions he was asking me. I know we have an amazing government in the United States but so far I haven't seen anybody receive $9,000 for no good reason!
