you're too funny I received a call from this number telling me I received a $7,800 government grant coming back they gave me a confirmation number confirmation id number for the grant they told me to go to moneygram tell me to pay $200 and in 15 minutes I would get the grant plus the $200 back it was for security purposes to make sure I was right person I asked her address they said 200 Independence Avenue Southwest Washington DC 20020 1 they said they were with the US government Health and Human Services aar American Recovery investment told me to call the number 202 4369 871 and they would direct me from there now I just called the number back in the beginning and the same lady answered the phone I could tell her voice is very distinct I told her I didn't have my confirmation number she didn't even ask me my name she gave me another confirmation number which is nothing like what she gave me before and I asked her to repeat the phone number I needed to call the second round I told her I didn't write it down right she gave me the same area code 202 and 436 but she said 9081 for the last four digits I said that's not the number you gave me before you said 9871 she said oh yeah oh yeah that's it I'm sorry I wish it was true I sure could use the money anyone else
I had the same experience. I continued to ask the lady if I do call back what are you going to ask me? She never would tell me what the hell they wanted from me to get the money. Scam for sure but they wouldn't get to the point so I hung up.
