I received calls from this number saying that they had a tech service contract to help fix some "critical" malware problem in my computer... that my computer had generated and sent warning messages to them. He wanted me to download Teamviewer software to allow him remote access to my computer for the purpose of fixing this "critical" problem. What really confused me and had me questioning this call was his reference to a serious computer problem I had last year where a company did in fact fix it remotely... rather unnerving.
