They almost me to. I did some investigations and found out that they are big time Scammers. Why do the govt allow this to happen? Are they also involved with the scam to.
This Man name Peter called and said I was approved for 7000.00 in Govorment Grant Money.
All I had to do is make a one time donation to the Red Cross in Costa Rica of 140.00 and then I would get
my money in my account. This man is a Scammer and he stoled 140.00 from me.
So be aware of Govorment people saying you have been approved for Grant money.
The same happened to me Peter stated this was a government loan totaling 9,200 but I would have to donate to charity in order to receive. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Someone should stop these guys from prowling on the less fortunate!!
I too received a phone call and the same thing happened to me. Peter stated this was a government loan of $9200 but I have to donate money to the American Red Cross of $140 and send it moneygram or western union. I did look up the number he gave 202-470-3185 and its a cell phone number he even gave a address which I'm sure is fake U.S. Dept. of Treasury S.W. Washington DC, 200 Independence Ave., 20201. These
people need to be stopped before they prey on the elderly!!!!!!!!!

I received a call frm this man a he also told me that i would recieve 8,200 dollars but first i had to make a donation to american red cross of 140.00 dollars , then they would wire the money to my bank account. This is a scam i wish someone would do something about this before he actually get alot of people with this.
