They called from a Washington State 202 number sayign I'd have a law suit in federal court against me for serious tax fraus charges and a warranr for my arrest. Scared the crap outta me. Searched online and found it's a scam, froze my credit and filed complaint with TIGTA online.

I got a call from this number also about fraud against my social security number. I quickly realized it to be a scam and let the caller know. They gave me another number (202-470-3450, 3402, 3403, 3406, 3407))in the series of scam numbers to call for verification. I called them back to let them know they were scammers and each time they hung up. Imagine, an IRS collection agent hanging up on you...... are you kidding.
I call several times only to have people answer stating they were from The Consumer Protection Agency, the Federal Claims Agency, A company called Spring Informtion and a couple other business names.
Most of the people who answered when I called were at first all asians and then Cubans. All using generic american names like Danny Watson, David Smith, Bille, Timothy. One lady came on and saw she was a lawyer born in Panama.
I told the hold bunch that they were going to jail once the authorities catch them.
