called asking for money in return for grant money

Yes i got a call from that number saying that I got a Grant for $5000.00. I first had to send $220.00 and
I would receive the $5000.00 in about 20 To 30mins.
They gave me an address of:
200 Independance Ave. HHH Blvd.
Washington, D.C. 20201

I Recieved numerous calls over the past two weeks saying they were calling me from the Grant Office in Washington DC,  I was to get a grant of $8,350 in exchange for a deposit of $212.00.  When I got to Western Union office I was told to send money to India.  ( All contacts spoke with an India accent)  I did send money to foreign name I was given and this party could not provide correct ID to receive money.  I got money back from Western Union, This actually took place twice over the past two weeks.  I am writing this for my husband who has suffered from several strokes and cannot reason correctly.  Thank God he has provided an outlet and we did get the money back twice from Western Union
