Called the number back and asked the guy a few questions and he admitted it was a scam trying to get my account and routing number - can't make this stuff up!

Said he was Daniel Cruz for IRS and I was going to have a claim filed against me and was going to be arrested. My son-in-law received this same call a few weeks ago and our BBB said this was a scam.
I received a call from this # a few mins ago and said he was from the IRS and a claim was being filed against me and I was going to be arrested. He was a foreigner and it was important that I call him back. I did not answer or call back as I figure it was a scam. and I know my taxes are fine and I would of gotten something in the mail from the IRS if there was a problem. I looked up the # by google it and it is from Washington DC.
Also received a call from this number few minutes ago with same IRS spiel. I started laughing when he was talking & when he got to part about tax evasion I said OH REALLY & he hung up.
