Take evasive action instead; do not answer calls from unknown numbers, let the calls go to voice mail or an answering machine. Use call blockers against repetitive calls from all clods.
If you HAVE to answer the phone (business reasons, etc.) then hang up immediately as soon as you recognize the caller is a scammer. This way they don't get any information.
They say that your number has been picked by the Federal Government to receive a grant of $6,700. When asked if there is a website to get details on what the caller is talking about, they garble the website repeatedly so you can not understand them.
