Didn't answer, they left no message. Called the number back and was told a mailbox had not yet been set up and to call back later. Ok, yeah......will do. NOT!!! We are on our state DNC as well as the Federal DNC.
Made the mistake of answering this on my cell because was expecting another call. "Congratulations you have won......" and I hung up on the cheerful robotic woman's voice. This number is now on my no answer list which is getting ridiculously long.
