Received a call from this number on 9/19/2014 around 6pm.  There was no response when I first answered.  After waiting a few seconds, I said "hello" again and a man with an accent said, "Hello mam, how are you?".  After that the call ended.  The caller id showed "Hoey, Lorraine" for this number.  I'm wondering if this is a scam of some kind since other folks seem to be getting similar calls from the same name that registers on their caller id.
