The caller called saying I owe money to a loan and gave me 45 minutes to get the money. Also taunted me and very rude. Went to the court house and legal office and told me to be careful and to report the number.
Called my mother said there was an emergency situation with my little brother but wouldn't give any info then they called my dad and said there were two felony warrants out for my brothers arrest and that that he was going to be arrested within the hour

These people are scam artist. They called me say they have me on video in a check cashing place on Dec 8 and I wasn't even in the state on that day. They try to intimidate you into paying them for something that may or may not be true. Not paying back a loan is a civil matter not a criminal one. No matter what they say they can't put you in jail for it.
Yeah they calld tryn to say same thing to me..lol civil and criminal are two diffrent things. These people are [***] and we find out who they are we can press charges against them for a scam.. they can call themself creid collector's all they want that still wont matter. I barrowd no money from these people they have no right to ask for it
