Scammer said I had unpaid Payday loans and had criminal charges against me. Haha I've NEVER set foot in a Payday store or borrowed online. Called my local police and they told me unpaid loans are CIVIL not CRIMINAL, no law enforcemenet officer is going to arrest someone for an unpaid Payday loan, and to ignore the caller. I called LIFELOCK, the FTC, credit bureaus and the CA Attorney General's office. Not getting a dime out of me!!

yeah these pukes called me and said if i didnt repay a payday loan i would be arrested by the sheriffs funny thing is, is that in my town there are no sheriffs so here is a fun thing to do just hit star 67 then call the number back over and over again it really pisses them off that you do this and they get very angry about then sometimes you get a answering machine message from jessica, saying she is not available at the moment that is because she is outside having fun with them camels so if you want to some fun do this little trick and just listen to them pieces of crap like this should just be shot on sight
I almost fell for it!! This is a scam!! Went to the police and checked it all out!! The scammer under the name: Danny Archer Employee ID#02801 tried to say that I owe the Fed's $1284.85 and that an arrest warrant was out for me and that my credit score will drop 200 points... He stayed on the phone with me all the way to the bank then to the store to get the money sent, yes I went that far with them until the lady behind the desk spotted what was going on and stopped me. When I asked for ways to confirm this was legit and he gave me these # to call; 510-545-7912 and 202-506-8020. The original call was from 917-652-8604. Another name used was Michelle Jones.
Ps, all 3 numbers were also BS!! And I just got another call from Pete Morris from the original # saying he is with Legal Affairs... Again B,S,!! They all seem to use the same # here for different departments!!
