Who called from 2025099072

Calling multiple times a day. Never leaves a message. I tried to block it but my phone services says it is not able to be blocked.

Two calls in less than an hour, no message.

Kept calling.  Finally picked up and asked for me by name, said they wanted to ask me about health care for a survey.

received phone call from 202-509-9072. Caller ID shown this as an out of area call.
Not indicating the caller. Please do not call again

They have called 6 times in two days.  They never leave a message.  I am on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to matter.
