Got a call today from this number there a collection agency they called me on a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy 4 years ago. They were collecting for ACE cash they told me that I had a $1200 bounced check from me. Problem is I never wrote a $1200 check. they said that when I took out a payday advance loan from Ace I signed a form that had my banking routing number and account number and since the account was closed they could come after me for the $1200 not on the cival matter but as a criminal matter. turned it over to my attorney.
