Continually calls. Leaves no message.

They have called foe.last 2 days I haven't picked up but reading all this I think I might have some fun next time it rings ..

they have been calling me since january of 2017 (its the end of febuary) and an indian guy claims that I owe 7,000 to the us government and would not take off his calling list and will keep calling me until i pay it. I couldnt understand why I owed so much money with 0 debt or loans.

The caller is a LIAR & THIEF - and has nothing to do with the US government.  That 202 area code is being FAKED by someone in India so ignore the calls.
