The caller from 202-517-6660, who said his name is Dawson calls my phone looking for someone else. I took a message and told him i'll try and get the message to her. About an hour later he calls me again "twice" seeing if I contacted the person he was look for. I told him I was at work and cannot really hunt her down right now. He tried his "scary" tactics on me.... he pulled the "oh well, I guess I'll have to supena her and pick her up where ever she may be right now"... So, I told him "whatever, do what you have to do"....

As soon as you put the "of my bills" you turned it into a lie. Now the other question would be why is "comcast" calling you about you bills, or was this about a cable bill?
