these creeps loaded some scum code on my computer trying to block my phone tray.

phone tray would hang and not complete trying to enter into phone tray.

After shutting down pc and restarting - able to complete and block this damn number.

cid says washington dc; no message left. I call it and says some action committee conducting survey.

I am fed up with this criminal crap. any suggestions?
