responded through text for a Craigslist ad. My Craigslist was posted for the Mobile,Al. Area and this response was from Washington Dc area code. I know it's a scam and if I respond there will be something like they will send some form of check for the item and they will pick it up after I receive the payment , but I don't know how this type of scam works.
