Yep, she's persistent if nothing else! Has phoned twice (1/wk) for my CEO's credit card, as the one she "has on file" for the NAGC membership has expired. Gave her my email address to contact us; the following week she phoned to say it wouldn't work.....I got HER email address (
[email protected]) and said she could just hit 'reply'. And yes, she's beyond obnoxious, rude and loud on the phone. Zero emails from her, of course.
