This company? or person? has been calling twice a day for the past few days. I don't pick it up as I don't recognize it but am incredibly surprised it is from Washington as I live in Ontario, Canada!
Lady with heavy undetectable accent claiming to be from Switzerland or Italy doing a survey. Says she knows Canadian woman are known for their skin and was conducting a survey.
I did not verify my name with her & told her I plain do not believe her & not to call in the future.
The phone rang and this alleged number appeared. I guess this is another wannabe friend looking for my autograph. Unfortunately for them the call was automatically stopped after the first ring which tells me it was some type of robocall. I sure hope that didn't leave them devastated to the point of crying so much that they flooded their outhouse.
All kidding aside I have learned to find the humor in simply ignoring the calls that are not blocked. I thought this could have been one of those alleged IRS telemaggoters, but I find it interesting that this operation is calling our neighbors in Canada. Then again I have read comments on 800notes from residents in Canada that talk about the IRS telemaggoters calling them. However some here have indicated that this might be a survey. Granted they are allowed under the DNCR, but I am not a person that trusts these alleged survey calls.
Stupid woman from that number had our names and was trying hard to sell us some facial cream crap she wanted cc card info for.
Yet another overseas scammer, time to cut all the internet cables going to scamland countries.
