I just won a grant for being a good and loyal citizen.  The grant amount was 9200 dollars as I was informed by Benny Rodrick Sr. with a very heavy Indian accent. I played along and called back to give my grant verification code. A lovely sounding lady, again with an Indian or Bangali accent informed me that she was the office manager of the Treasury Department.  She refused to give a name and was offended that I would question my government. She then informed me that they would release my grant to the Wal-Mart closest to me but there is a federal registration fee of 250 dollars.  I told her that I was already registered with the government and worked for Homeland Security and was tracing the call. The line went dead immediately.
