Calls every day--leaves 3-4 seconds of dead air voicemail--and hangs up.  Did a reverse call--can't understand a word the man is saying!

Couldnt tell you a word the man was saying.  very very thick accent.  Asked him to not call us again and remove us from his list.

Called twice to my office...  Left no message, just a few moments of someone moving the receiver around.  Id showed Washington DC...

Called again yesterday, twice...  I was out so they went to voicemail...  Just a brief empty voicemail of someone breathing, then hanging up...  Id Washington DC...

yes, heavy accent, had to tell him to repeat himself several times

it seems he is telemarketing his programming skills

called multiple extentions at my office in Texas, even after i told him we werent interested, he immediately called another extention here

caller ID says his name is D. Balroop
