Just got a call too. Glad I checked here first! They left a message saying from irs and were suing me. Didn't say who they were calling for, just angry sounding lady saying they'd see me in the courthouse so I better call. I will NOT be calling.
I really hope someone does something about this company calling people pretending that they are from the IRS, I have spoke to IRS about this and I will be taking the step to report them.
